This seems to be a common issue for me....keeping my blog/s up to date. Wow! It has been almost a year since I last posted. Life has a way of pushing all the other stuff to the bottom of the list.
The weather here in the Florida Panhandle is once again hot and steamy. We actually just spent five fun filled hours at the beach just a few days back. The girls had a wonderful time as did Zack and I, despite the fact that not even three weeks back Zack had foot surgery to remove two bone spurs and was still all wrapped up and on crutches. He just chilled out under the bright neon green umbrella and read his book on my Kindle.

That Kindle is the best Christmas gift I have received thus far to date. I believe I have over ninety books on it already and have read twenty-one of those so far. Zack even has his own section on it that I store his books under. He isn't a big reader but he will pick up the Kindle every now and again. Must be that it is a device
and we all know how men love electronic devices.
Zack did spend a huge portion of his time reading his book by Tucker Max. He is a big fan of this guy's books, but said the first one is funnier than the second one. I'll
have to take his word on it since I have read neither of these. Although the movie based on the first book was pretty funny. Once again must be a man thing, but hey if it gets him to read I am all for it.

The day spent at the beach was an over all hit. I definitely need to remember to apply sunscreen way more frequently than I did since we all were a slight pink tone the next day.
Remi and Tate really love the water and were in it pretty much the entire time we were there.

The beach is one of those summer activities that the girls never seem to tire of and as the summer season is full upon us it looks like we will be at the beach on the sand and playing in the water as much as I can manage.
